I arrived for my appointment on time and was not told that they were running really late so I waited for 30 minutes and then my car park ticket was nearly out so I told the receptionist and I left I travelled 12 miles to keep the appointment I am very disappointed with the service I had today

The rudest and most unprofessional person handling calls at this practice. Say anything they don't like and they block your number, like they did mine but when I phoned off my partners phone and got through fine, later my partner needed to call them to amend her appointment, she also couldn't get through = blocked. Call from my work phone and get through fine. The person answering just laughs when answering serious questions, clearly no quality control going on here. Would not recommend them even if you were in excruciating pain, they don't care. You will be better off with a pair of pliers. Phone 111 to find an emergency dentist, a far better service.

I am an incredibly nervous patient so was dreading this appointment for a long time, but when I came in I was seen very quickly and the dentist and nurse who saw to me were amazing and very caring. They let me pop my headphones in and checked on me at regular points and I felt very safe! More than happy with this experience, thank you to all who helped me today, highly recomend!

Very rude and uncaring staff at this dentist. Got a tooth ache and wanted me to wait 2 months for an appointment. No sympathy no support uncaring reception in my experience. I wouldnt allow a dog to wait 2 months in pain.
