        Can't do balayage, don't listen to what you want and can't cut a fringe. They hashed my hair, and when I complained they were aggressive and defensive, two people standing over me whilst I was sitting 'going-at'. No return of the 'high-end' fee for a back street service. I was given a complimentary cut and dry, I wouldn't return there - EVER. I said I wouldn't slate them but now a friend has gone there, paid 40 for a cut and blow dry, being very specific about how she didn't want her hair feathered but they went on and did it anyway. I only wish I'd spoken up about them before, it would have at least saved my friend some heartache.
