We stayed at the downstairs flat of this building over Easter weekend. The property has lots of character, including it's own stained glass window depicting a bakery! It is less than a minute's walk to the fish and chip shop, and just a couple of minutes further to the ice cream parlour and beach - what more do you need?! Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in No 29 which is the downstairs apartment of the old bakery. It is directly opposite the castle so at night you get a lovely view from the front bedroom of the castle lot up. Parking can be an issue as it is on the street so first thing or last means you can park by the Castle shop, otherwise you will have to make do with what you can find. Got to say it is lovely. Very spacious and clean. 2 big beds, central heating, Netflix, WiFi and a little enclosed yard too. It is suitable for dogs as the yard is private and enclosed. Towels are provided and other guests leave useful things behind also so there was a windbreaker in the porch too. The advert on Sykes says property has a wood burning stove and this is not the case. Other than that we were very happy and have booked again.
