        Service OK but do not use the loan Caribs a disgrace or if you require to have the loan car do not use good clothes it is filthy should never be used as a loan car for customers,I will never use this garage again

        We bought an approved used VW from Regent and it had a major problem right from the very beginning. After many complaints I happened to test drive the same model of car on sale by a dealership in Chester which had the exact same problem. Following this I read in many an online forum that it's a common fault on that particular VW model, so how did Regent not know about this issue? I now doubt if these people have any clue what they are doing. Stay clear if buying a used car.
