Mynydd Ednyfed Country House

After having an activity weekend away here with friends I want to share how incredible this place is. The house, all the rooms, the facilities, the grounds and the entertainment were all incredible. Everyone commented on how amazing the venue was and a couple were dead set on organising their own weekends away here also. We climbed Snowdon and did some Extreme Canyoning locally and the whole weekend couldn't have been better. Thank you so much again to Maureen and her family who to top it off were the most welcoming and accommodating owners. We will be back!

Spent a week here in February with a large group of family & friends. The house is lovely & very well equipped. All bedrooms are good & perfect for many variations of families with children. Mostly all en-suites. Plenty of kitchen equipment, glasses etc & enough space for everyone to sit together. We spent a lot of time in the bar area & would suggest maybe a couple more bar stools there. Loads of parking & beautiful garden/outdoor areas. Hope to return

A wonderful place for a weekend stay for 4 generations of family. Something for everyone. Very well equiped for a variety of activities for all ages. Plenty of space for all to play tennis, croquet, football, pool and table tennis. Or just play in the garden or house. A pony to talk to over the garden fence. Quiet corners of the beautiful garden to relax after all the activity with stunning views over Cardigan Bay. Recommend the Aga Dinner. Thank you Maureen and Arwel. Hope to return.

Weve just had our 7th visit at Mynydd Ednyfed to celebrate Christmas early as some of us work shifts in the ambulance service. We absolutely love this place and find it so relaxing that weve gone from 3 nights to 4 nights to now 5 nights. Very well equipped kitchen which is essential as we cook Christmas dinner but most of all, the owners, Maureen & Arwel are so accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and it really is a joy just being there. Logs and groceries delivered before we arrived so it was just a case of enjoying ourselves. Cant tell you what this break means to all of us. Thank you Maureen & Arwel for sharing this with us.
