        I repeatedly complained about my mums care specifically removing her call bell so she couldnt call for help. The home failed consistently to ensure this happened. I have been left heartbroken at the way she was treated.

        My mum has just come to this home and she has diementia. The staff there are fantastic and when you call them nothing is to much trouble. Considering i dont live in the Uk they keep me informed of everything. I would just like to say a big thank you to them all.
