Affinity are by far the best education agency operating in Wales. They are professional in all that they do. They are personable and always keen to help. They absolutely have the best interests of teachers at heart. It has been a pleasure working with Mary and Hayley over the years. Going into retirement, I could not leave without paying homage to their agency. Would thoroughly recommend.

Mary from Affinity education has been absolutely amazing from the get go, shes so caring, helpful and down to earth. She gave me so much confidence going into schools when i had anxiety and provided me with the best reassuring words. The communication is outstanding and plenty of work is always provided. Affinity education is a fantastic agency - they worked with me to find the best teaching assistant opportunities for me, and were flexible with my schedule. The owners are very warm and friendly and had exceptional communication with me; they checked in regularly to ensure I was getting on well and had no issues. Affinity educations application process is quick and easy and they talk you through everything before you engage with work to ensure youre happy with everything. Id highly recommend this agency.
