I understand those who work here are volunteers but theres a real snobby attitude about some of the staff. Would make far more sales with a better attitude and more flexibility on pricing - Other shops in the area do a much better job of this.

Fab shop. Good prices and friendly staff. Highly recommend a visit. Always something new to look at and to buy while supporting a fantastic charity!

Good quality clothes and other items, but well over priced. The manager is well known for over pricing, and being inflexible on price, by his staff, other charity shops in the area and customers alike. It is a shame because like any other retail business it is about getting cash flow in to generate new customers and suppliers. It is less busy than other charity shops despite having the best range of products. The manager needs replacing or needs to learn about the basics of retailing. Reductions of 30%+ across the whole range of goods would see a marked increase in turnover, footfall and profitability. Cancer patients are better served by other shops in Cowbridge, in my opinion.
