Studio Viva Ladies Fitness

Studio viva fitness is such a fantastic gym. Great energy with plenty of fun activities and events to keep you motivated. The viva ladies are so friendly and welcomed me and my baby with open arms, I felt my confidence grow and enjoyed being able take my baby along with me. The classes are great fun Louise and Caroline always keep them interesting. Its more than just a gym as its a way to socialise and let go of life's stresses with the added benefit of getting fitter.

Joined the Bootcamp at this gym a year ago and then full mebership at the gym I would really recommend it .great motivation from Louise & Caroline who take such personal care to adapt the workouts to help you achieve your goal. A very kind friendly group with such a supportive atmosphere .Thank you for making getting fit & healthy so much fun.

Joined Studio Viva earlier this year-all the ladies are very friendly & welcoming , with a range of exercise classes available to suit all levels & abilities. The owners Louise & Caroline are always on hand to offer help & encouragement -love this gym!! Just join..you will not be disappointed!

Just joined and really loving it there staff are friendly and helpful its spotless clean there was a bit hesitant in joining but glad I have thanks guys
