Very rude service! The owner gave me a slant eye and said that we do not sell clothes and shoes when I walked into the shop and said I was just browsing. Dont bother wasting your money there!

The rudest man ever. Took no time whatsoever to help with some flowers I was after. Looked me up and down like I was nothing. Disgusting customer service. Avoid this horrible little man.

I thought it was just me that both male and female owners or shop keepers were so rude and look you up and down in disgust that you are in there . I can see others have had the same issue. I thought maybe they were racist. But clearly they are maybe that but also just RUDE! I think its such a beautiful little store and love shopping local but their attitude is so terrible and they are selective who they talk to and help. Terrible! If they are the owners wow they need to get someone else to work There. Every other store on the high street have the most loveliest owners and super friendly and helpful! Just this florist is run by a bunch of rude racists!

I decided to go to Cowbridge yesterday for a walk around Physic Garden, and was hoping to have a look around a few shops, to support the High Street. I went into The Bay Tree as there was no-one else in there and I am still cautious about going out. I was hoping to treat myself to a nice orchid. I mentioned this to the shop assistant, but she just looked at me, which I felt was quite rude, so I walked out. I have been going there for years, but will think twice before going back. Happily, I made purchases in two other shops and had lovely chats there. That's the way to do business.
