I had my 1st appointment with Kira today, Ive got lots of minor shoulder, neck, lower back & hip issues, from being overweight & old rugby niggles. I was sceptical at first as Im 20 stone & Kira is slight but she cracked me back in to alignment. I left the surgery feeling 10 stone lighter, my hips moved freely & my head & neck felt lighter. I thoroughly recommend Cowbridge Chiropractic Clinic & have already booked my next appointment. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

I've had intermittent lower back pain for over 15 years but have never done anything about it. The time had come to see a professional! I had a consultation and treatment with Kira yesterday and am so glad I did. Kira was warm and friendly and has inspired real confidence in me. I now feel that this is something that can be managed and improved. I'm looking forward to my next treatment.
