The company conducted a snagging survey on a new build home for is and were more thorough than we could have imagined. Utterly professional and with years and years of experience, they gave us absolute peace of mind with the level or their survey which was exactly what we needed with the potential of what can be an issue with a new build property. They were very accomodating to fit us in before we needed to start moving in, and within a couple of days of receiving the keys to the property, I already have a highly detailed report in the hands of the builders to bring all the issues to their attention. We could in no way have got this done without them. I would definitely use their services in the future.

Excellent service, friendly and professional. We now have a really good knowledge of what we need to do with the propery we have just bought thanks to the full RICS survey we did. As a first time buyer and total beginner in the world of property, building and DIY it was really useful to have someone who could explain all the aspects of the survey to me. Chris spent a lot of time with me on the phone discussing their findings and helped me understand the options available to me. Highly recommended and I won't hesitate to call them in the future if we want to make some improvements to the property.

I approached Andrew & James Partnership to carry out a survey of a new house I am buying after reading the reviews. I dealt with Jim who was excellent in every way right from the start. He explained to me, with details, of what the Full Building Survey would look like, how long the survey would take and the reporting of it. Following the survey, Jim called me and summarised the findings, drawing my attention to the main issues and also the good points. The report was issued as per the agreed timescale, it was detailed, easy to read and understand. It was written in plain English and any technical jargon was explained. Photographs were also taken, labelled and issued with the report. Andrew & James Partnership are now my "go to" place for any surveys I may need in future. I definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a survey.
