        So cross and upset with Swansea building society. Despite the probate court issuing me a grant to deal with the estate they want paperwork from the other executor named in the will. There's a reason why it was issued to just me (ease) and all has been approved and checked by the court. Four people in branch, a conversation with their compliance department and chief executive and finally a solicitor told them they were wrong. The grant is all that was needed and they follow that instruction. An apology and surprised acknowledgement that I was correct. One hour and a difficult time made so much harder. How many others have been put off by their made up 'rules?' I even heard them mention burglary and fraud! Shocking behaviour.
