Rude staff, one guy questioning me constantly when buying tobacco (didnt realise Spa was a detective service) only one decent lady working in the store. Closed early tonight and refused to let me in and said they close at 9:40. Please amend the time you close if your staff are going to leave work early.

Just tried to buy petrol from this station and was closed earlier than its displayed on here. It was 9.45pm, says it closes at 10pm.

Terrible service either no fuel or no staff show up at 12 on a Sunday and no one to serve me and no fuel station for another 15 miles

Shocking petrol station, staff are rude, constantly shout on the tannoy when getting petrol, feel sorry for the locals.

Been coming to this place alot lately however I had a disabled person with me who was desperate for the toilet and is unable to wait I asked if it was possible for him to use the toilet as she could see he was in a lot of distress but unfortunately she said no and I had to take the disabled individual round the back of the building to relieve himself which was humiliating for him and looked very unprofessional on my behalf I hope that they will see this review and maybe reconsider if they're ever put in this situation again apart from that one incident the staff are genuinely quite friendly and happy to help
