We were 2 couples, looking for a reliable taxi for exploring just 2 places in pembroke coast over the weekend. Based on reviews and website, we have called twice to this taxi company on friday afternoon but they did not respond, thats ok as we definitely know they may be driving and sent an sms for our query by 5 pm as there was no call back. As there was no response for the the sms. Saturning morning when called again around 10:45 am, the person who responded immediately, spoke rudely without any basic politeness and sounded much restless, saying if no response to call or sms, we should email and wait for response. He also said that he has been running the service for many years for VVIP customers and businesses etc bla bla bla,.. and he keep on insisting to delete the negative review before he answer our travel query else he says he asked google to delete it. Our response If your service is only for premier customers and business, do mention it clearly in your website that it is not for individual customers. Your website does not mention it anywhere. Also in contradiction, your numbers are available in travelodge and other places for individual customers. Our feedback is purely for no/worst response to the calls. This is digital era and the Order of priority in Customer service Industry is call, sms and live chat for services like this and not 20 years back to send emails and wait for the response. Customer wont email you and wait for the reply when they need the taxi service. If yours is not such a conventional taxi service and needs to be booked months prior, do mention it clearly in website and dont publish yourself with your competitors. In any case, your customer service is worst and there is no SLA for response time. It is meaningless what you have said us in the call that you offer service only for big vip customers but without anyone to attend calls ? no basic back office or reception to attend calls and manage enquires ? is a big contradiction by itself. We strongly recommend anyone who is looking for individual service to be cautious with this taxi company. Note: Giving a review is every individual customers' right and someone cannot force it to be removed. We strongly believe Google is a fair platform and ensures the same. Note to Google team: if this company ask you to delete the review for any i reasons (which the person was saying in the call), we strongly believe google does check the legitimacy and act fairly.

Great service, got me home when I could barely walk.... left my phone in his taxi and he kept it safe and returned it to me, what a legend, and such a lovely guy... only taxi number in my phone from now on !

Absolutely superb! Affordable, reliable, punctual. Pretty much what you want from a taxi company! Car was clean, which for me is always a good first sign! When back in the area Ill defo use again!

If your service is only for premier customers and business, do mention it clearly in your website that it is not for individual customers. Your website does not mention it anywhere. Also in contradiction, your numbers are available in travelodge and other places for individual customers.
