Brilliant experience, went expecting to get wet as my balance and coordination are not good in land! But great tuition so stayed dry. Yoga was very chilled can't believe did downward dog on a SUP. Would highly recommend hope to do again soon.

What a blast! Great white water sup retreat weekend, learning new skills, making new friends and coming home with lasting memories and a smile from ear to ear. Incredible white water sup coaching in a stunning setting what else could be better! Dont hesitate - just do it, you will NOT regret it!

Another great activity day with the SUPUK team. Just a few guys getting together for a social weekend and thought the morning SUP would be a great start. We got all the way to the chain bridge and resisted a refreshment break. Lost some a few times. So take care out there.

Not done this before but really enjoyed our morning on the canal in Llangollen yesterday. A lack of balance prevented me spending too long standing up (I did manage it once), but I really enjoyed paddling along on my knees. Great fun thank you
