        We contacted Debon Trailers UK after collecting a C500 trailer from one of its authorised dealers. Our trailer arrived with what look like scuffs to one side and a scratched internal floor. It was disappointing as it was purchased new and we were told by our dealer that it was straight from the factory and was as delivered by Debon. Having investigated the damage to the floor further I felt it was likely to have been caused by the spare wheel and its metal bracket being left unsecured in the trailer whilst it was delivered. Having not realised the cause until later we transported the trailer home with the spare in the trailer. I had hoped at least for an apology or for Debon UK to say that they would look into why the trailer had arrived from their factory in Poland like this. I was asked if the damage to the outside would "rub off", told that the spare wheels are wrapped to avoid damage and told to speak to the dealer. When I asked to talk to a manager I didn't even receive the courtesy of a reply. The extent of the "protective wrapping" can be seen in the photo.
