Thanks once again to Tracey and the team for going over and above to help me organise a tricky situation. We are lucky to have such a great surgery (against all odds).

My mother fell terribly ill this week and needed urgent medical care. She should have called an ambulance but she was frightened and confused. What she did remember how to do was call a doctor. She called Llys Meddyg -our family doctors. And she called. And she called. She tried to call all day. We were at work. By 6:30pm we found her, called 999, she was rushed to A&E. She was left for 10 hours, deteriorating while desperately trying to get help. If she had got through to anyone, she might have had the help she needed in time. We have still had no contact from Llys Meddyg.
