Working with you Sophie was really a dream!! I cannot believe how perfect and smoothly everything went. I was a little hesitant to hire a designer out of fear not being understood and spending a bunch of money on a website I didnt feel really represented my brand well. Sophie surpassed my expectations from our very first interactions. She was incredibly detailed, organized, prompt with all communication, and just continued to offer support in areas I didnt expect. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was designed to attract my ideal perfect customer while keeping everything easy to navigate. I am obsessed with my new website to say the least! Worth every penny and I actually feel like she should be charging more for the value I received! I will definitely use her again when the time comes for a rebrand!

Designing our branding with Ember 29 has been such a confidence boost for our business. The whole process has been so enjoyable and every step of the way was exciting. We are so glad we didn't opt for a single logo like most businesses, this has been a great investment for our growing brand. Our new branding suite has everything we need and I am constantly wanting to show it off to friends, family and customers - we are so happy, thank you so much!

Ember 29 really understood my style and implemented it perfectly. The team were always checking-in with progress updates and everything was completed very timely. I had a few changes throughout the process and they were made quickly and without question! After the website was handed over to me the Ember 29 team were still on hand to assist with any issues - also the youtube video was excellent and is a great reference tool! Overall a the re-design was a great investment and I couldn't have picked a better team - thank you Ember 29!
