        Man who served was rude and unhelpful! Also refused to give name. My Nan Bought a handbag from here and after only 3 months the seams in the bag came away (not what you want) especially when my nan only has 3-4 things in her bag and doesnt use it daily. Legally you are allowed to return a faulty item within 6 months of purchase to have a refund, repair or exchange but the man refused with a rude response. The way to make a shop good is great customer service and that you do not have. Mostly annoyed at the attitude from the man when my nan is the sweetest little lady.
