Ben at Great Escapes Wales couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. Wonderful communications from the preparation for our trip through to helping me with lost property after I got home, which was done so quickly and efficiently. He has even posted the items out to me without complaint. Snowdonia has always had a special place in my heart and Ive spent a lot of time there but I would definitely go back with Great Escapes next time. Thank you.

Great selection of holiday cottages across North Wales. Found a gem in an amazingly idyllic location, which did not disappoint and was dog friendly. Had some initial issues locating the key and entering the property in the dark, but the Great Escape guys were very helpful and attentive. A really nice bunch of people with a 'can do' attitude.

Over the last 5 years we have booked to stay at several different properties through Great Escapes Wales and we have never been disappointed. The standard of accommodation is always high & the customer service is second to none. This summer we stayed at Waters Edge, in Deganwy and found both the location & the property itself to be first class, it was ideally located for walks & restaurants, and we would definitely recommend a stay here! So thanks once again to Ben and his team & we are already looking forward to booking our holiday for next year!
