Lovely friendly owner who was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, plus knowledgeable. You could tell that he genuinely cares about the products he sells and customer satisfaction. We found the perfect engagement ring here and couldnt be happier. Thank you .

Brilliant service and prices

Very upsetting experience. Purchased watch for xmas present, faulty. Took back to shop asked if needed new battery or whatever, told item didn't have batteries so requested full refund. Shop assistant told me that she was not authorised to refund my money but she could send it off for repair. 10+ weeks. I refused this option as item was unfit for purpose. Shop girl said she would have to speak to the boss, I requested she do this straight away. Came back and said there was no answer and again reiterated that she could not refund. I questioned, therefore, should she be behind the counter if unable to conduct full business? Her response was extremely unpleasant in that she said "So you're saying I'm not fit to do this job" - completely untrue. I had to ask that she telephone her employer again and, fortunately, he answered and authorised the full refund. This process was carried out in silence on her part and when it was completed I said how I found her customer service very poor and I would post this review. Her response as I left the shop was to shriek at me "Oh, I love you too, thank you - Happy New Year!" Totally unprofessional, immature and a very disrespectful, churlish and unpleasant shopping experience.

Amazing customer service, always glad to help and the female sales assistant is just the best,. One of the best jewellers around, customer service is just the best.
