Extremely impressed with NWT. The prices are reasonable, the delivery time was impeccable and the items arrived as described. Not to mention the hard-working staff who made the process incredibly quick and easy. Definitely would buy from here again!

Purchased Radiators and Connections as per the sales persons recommendation. As it happened the connectors were not required, so I went to return and was told in no uncertain terms that they do not take returns over 14 days old. This is interesting as I purchased the radiators and fittings before getting a Plumber and the next available plumber was 3 weeks. from date of purchase IMHO, I would have taken a credit note to purchase something else from them, try to support local businesses and this is how you get treated. NOT IMPRESSED

Very difficult people to deal with after sale. Before the sale they're efficient and available. Post-sale, everything is over the email and they become keyboard warriors. They refer to the Consumer Rights Act constantly but their interpretation is flawed. They offer free postage as part of their sale but charge you for postage, on top of the postage you pay to return the item. So essentially, you end up paying postage 3 times. Absolutely horrific experience dealing with them.. And as a trade customer, won't be using them again. Shame because the quality of their product is decent but people like Glen working there are a joke.

We wanted to modernise our bathroom and struggled to settle on a design, the staff at NWT were very helpful and helped us choose products to our taste. We couldnt be more happy with the result. Highly recommend!

Brilliant show room and very helpful customer service. I come away with my radiators the same day and had them installed the following, nice warm home now. Can definitely recommend
