Watsons Bistro

We went here per the recommendation of our bed & breakfast nearby and were sure glad we did! This was in August 2022. Service: fast and friendly. Food: We got two courses (31.25 pounds at the early bird rate) and tried the salmon, chicken, cheese cake, and sticky toffee pudding. All of these dishes were super yummy, but the pudding might have been our favorite.

Had Christmas meal with work colleagues on Saturday. We had to choose in advance as we were a party of 10. Our food was nice, I had the goats cheese and beetroot salad starter which was good. Followed by the turkey, which was nicely cooked. Staff were friendly, the restaurant was busy but we didn't have to wait for service. We enjoyed the evening, thank you . Went again April 2023- I think the menu hasn't changed. They were closed for a couple of months, I think it could do with updating. They offer early bird menu on weekdays, my goats cheese starter had no beetroot, they'd run out but this wasn't explained, I was just served it with strawberries instead. My pork belly was fine. Parking: There is a few spaces at the restaurant. Conwy is difficult to park.on Street parking is difficult to find. There are paid car parks outside the town walls and at rail station.

We had our last meal in Wales here. It was delicious, my salmon was wonderful. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and attentive. We were so happy to find this gem.
