Tim arrived a couple of day after my call in order to attend to 3 small jobs. Then, after having to get some new parts, he got on to complete the work.The small jobs he did took no more than two hours, so it wasn't rocket science and didn't need reams of paper in order to give a quote. He failed to give this,( or at the least an estimate ) for doing the work before starting !! I'm sure he guessed the final bill total from the way he went about it !! He didn't produce a receipt for payment in full before he left the house. Nor has he bothered to give me any receipted paperwork since, even though he has had numerous reminders to do this; In addition, he hasn't bothered to pick up his phone to give me an apologetic excuse for breaking his promise .For goodness sake it was only a Bill of Work & a VAT receipt. !!! He didn't use boot/ shoe protectors to save soiling my carpets, nor did he even wipe his feet when he entered my apartment. So give this guy a miss at all costs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...
