        EXCELLENT PRACTITIONER, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I had had a problem with my left knee for 2 years, I could not stand up from kneeling using my left leg. This was impacting my paddle boarding. I tried lots of different exercises and nothing worked. Two sessions with Hugo who diagnosed a hip problem nothing to do with my knee and I was able to stand pushing off from the left leg. I have seen Hugo since with a shoulder/ neck injury falling from a horse and after just one session the pain subsided, two sessions and Im feeling pretty good.

        So glad I made an appointment. After a few visits, feeling so much better. Hugo is very experienced and took the time during the first visit to question so that he could find the root of the problem. Also felt at ease straight away. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody. Practice in a good location as well with parking.

        Have had a few sessions now with multiple muscle issues. Hugo has eased the pain I was suffering in my neck and knee and has given me guidance on what steps to take to prevent the problems occurring again. Huge help, thoroughly recommended. Thanks Hugo.

        Great experience , I felt comfortable straight away and found Hugo really listened well to what was troubling me and managed to ease a lot of discomfort after just one session.
