Been seeing Ruth for a few sessions now. Cannot recommend her enough. Very thorough in her assessment. Doesnt just look at the problem area but looks more holistically as to whether anything else might be causing the issue. Great exercises which are explained thoroughly and then backed up by an app which shows you and you can track what you have done. I would definitely recommend Ruth without question.

Having had numerous injuries during a life in the services, I've been treated by numerous physiotherapists, and Ruth is by far the best physio that I have ever received treatment from. With exceptional physiological knowledge, Ruths treatments and her advice have been faultless. Her communication skills and explanations are excellent. Ruth has treated me following a number of different orthopaedic operations over the past decade and I am indebted to her for being as able and as mobile as I am. Ruth is highly regarded (and recommended) by the orthopaedic and neurological consultants who have operated on me and Ruth also treats my wife, a retired NHS consultant, who has nothing but the highest praise for Ruths treatments. We have recommended Ruth to numerous friends and we are all agreed that we are extremely fortunate to have a physiotherapist of Ruth calibre in Conwy.

Ruth looked after me after two knee operations received excellent rehabilitation with no issues. I would highly recommend Ruth to all.

I can highly recommend Ruth as a physio. She is extremely though, knowledgeable, professional and patient-centred.

We had Ruth working with our Mum to get her back walking. Progress has been made, albeit slowly. Yesterday Ruth booked Mum in for four further weeks, but today cancelled these and removed Mum as a patient, for reasons we don't understand. We cannot recommend Ruth for elderly patients, and would be happy to explain to any interested parties.
