Having worked with David on several new build projects there was no question about using sear architects to build our dream home in South Wales. Our land falls under the AONB and we knew it would prove difficult to acquire planning permission, his advice and guidance was very helpful and would definitely recommend and use his services in the future.

A friend recommended Saer Architects to help produce a design scheme for remodelling our existing house into our dream home. We had previously developed our own layout which we were content with and were therefore sceptical about getting an architect involved. Saer met with us and, after assessing our own option, suggested a number of other options which we hadnt previously considered. Saer then developed these options further whilst sticking to our priorities, and produced a final design that maximised the space we had available, and included clever way ways of getting more natural light into the house which we feel makes the new layout flow much better. Their communication throughout was faultless and helped us to trust the process. Needless to say we are really glad we appointed Saer to produce the design, as the outcome is incredible! Excellent support from start to finish with plans for extension. Had several meetings, David was very knowledgable and was able to direct me. He was able to explain what was possible and what was not, offering alternatives which provided final plans that exceeded my expectations. The builder used for the extension was also extremely complimentary about the clarity and level of detail of the plans. Excellent value also, would highly recommend.
