New Endurance door fitted by Bartons. Initial order arrived and was not as I specified. Bartons admitted their error and dealt with the situation well. There were then supply issues from the factory which meant it took months before my door was finished though this was not Barton's fault. Initially their communication around this could have been better, but having spoken to them they then gave regular updates. Fitters were excellent - on time, efficient, tidy and the finished product is great looking and draught free. I would use them again as the measure of a company is how they resolve errors and how fair they are to their customers when things go wrong.

Very unprofessional to deal with, a lot of time wasted due to very poor communication, never got as far as getting work done for the above reasons.

Construction of my new conservatory has been completed and Im delighted with the work thats been done. I want to thank Andy, Karen and the installers for doing such a great job throughout the whole process. The price I was given was really good and I was free to add on a few extras at a later date. The structure is solid and high quality, I would highly recommend this company.

I found Bartons to be a refreshing change from the other local suppliers I had made enquiries with for my bi-folding doors. Andrews advice was genuinely about what we needed, not what he would like to sell. His philosophy is to ensure the customers expectations are fulfilled without overselling or overcharging. From initial consultation through to installation I found Bartons communication and openness very good. His installation team are a credit to the company, always friendly and courteous and more importantly I didnt feel as though the job was rushed. They seemed to take genuine pride in their work. The result is a good product at a good price, well fitted and a full ten year guarantee. I would not hesitate in using them again for future purchases!

Designed a door on line, they did the site survey and made lots of requested amendments without any question. Door fitted by very professional and friendly fitters, very clean tidy work removing all the waste. I now have an amazing door. Price was by far the best I found locally. Spot on
