        Rang for a customer to get home and made to sound like a fool. Ugh this and that and in the end so what do you want youre confusing me. I literally explained from A to B, and the customers name etc. No need for such rudeness.

        Unfortunately the woman on the phone was very rude. All we wanted was a taxi, but she spoke to us as though we were asking for a spaceship to Mars. Such a shame.
