Have tried to enquire about two properties and been told to complete a questionnaire JUST to apply to see the property - didn't answer my actual query both times - and never even heard back after sending the 15 question application the second time. Have sent follow ups emails several times, and get either a rude response or no response. Called once, he told me to email. The most unprofessional agency I've ever come across by a long shot - don't do this as a career if you're not willing to actually do the job. Edited to add: the first property I enquired about literally within minutes of it appearing on Zoopla, completed the application and sent it back within the hour. After two days of no response, I emailed and he said he was doing viewings but there was already **one** person going to see it, and his exact words 'it may be best policy to dispose of this before I arrange for you to come along'. Seems to be first come first served which is extremely unfair on anyone who sees the property 10 minutes too late.
