        According to this website this post office should be open today up to 1pm - just walked down in the blazing heat to find that it is not open due to cross over! This post office is very unreliable suggest go to another to be sure of service.

        It would also be helpful if they updated the operating hours & days so that customers know when they are actually open - closed apparently till 6th January. Customer service ?

        3 star has been given due to the fact they do not show a telephone number yet all other post offices do, its a nightmare trying to get through to Royal Mail customer service just so I can find out if they do the services I need. Please put your telephone number on? Its now taken me so far over 35 minutes to get hold of Royal Mail customer service to find information about what services this post office does. The Royal Mail post office is just terrible and you have to look really hard to get there customer service number, then your left on hold so far 15 minutes, and with original search as there are so many different numbers out there , getting on to 20 mi utes on Royal Mail customer service, what a nightmare which could of easily been solved if the store had put there number on.
