This chemist used to be good, but now they just tend to waste people's time who go there. The last 3 times I visited them they had people making complaints which seemed to fall on deaf ears as the staff didn't appear to care. I have also had multiple instances where I've had to wait weeks for them to buy in medical supplies, only for them to then turn around after having me wait to find out that they either never placed the order or that they just turn around and claim that their suppliers didn't have the stock to send. IT ISN'T PROFESSIONAL TO PURPOSELY WASTE PATIENTS TIME WHEN THEY ARE RELYING ON YOU TO BUY IN MUCH NEEDED URGENT MEDICAL SUPPLIES. HONESTLY IF YOU NEED TO COLLECT IMPORTANT LIFE SAVING MEDICATION, I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE, WHEN YOUR HEALTH IS ON THE LINE ITS IMPORTANT TO GET YOUR MEDICATION FROM RELIABLE PEOPLE, TO WHICH THESE PHARMACISTS HAVE PROVEN TO ME NOT TO BE, AS I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS CHEMIST AGAIN EVEN IF I WAS DYING ON THEIR DOORSTEP.

They used to be considered a good chemist before they merged their two locations together, but since then they have proven to be nothing but incompetent when i've dealt with them. I placed an order for some urgent medical supplies with them over 6 weeks ago, that usually take no longer than 2 weeks to arrive, when they arrived however the incompetent employee there decided to not supply me with my prescripted order, but instead for no good reason just decided to ship them back to the supplier. An extra 4.5 weeks pass where I had contacted them about 6+ extra times and they still claim to have not gotten any in for order. This place has become a complete farce of a chemist and I would highly recommend that if you wish to receive the medication or medical supplies that you need, then you would be much better off looking elsewhere.
