        My first experience of Specsavers in Colwyn Bay and I was so impressed with the staff and the service. All the staff are brilliant, professional and friendly. The actual eye tests I received was so much more thorough and detailed than the one I had in my last opticians. They took the time to explain everything to me and I was able to see video playbacks of the back of my eyes. Very educational! They explained everything in detail to me and the choice of frames are amazing! I highly recommend this place. Thanks in particular to Rhian and the lady who looked after my granddaughter when her mum and I were having eye tests!

        I bought two pairs of varifocals customised lenses and had my sunglasses replaced as well. Not cheap but very happy that all my glasses now have my current prescription. I never scrimp on the cost of eyecare and have used Specsavers for years now because I trust them completely not because they are cheaper than some.
