The management and all the staff are working so hard during the pandemic to protect the residents whilst continuing to offer such a caring environment. Staff are regularly tested, (not a pleasant experience!) and all results have been negative. Steps have also been taken to ensure safe visiting from family members, providing comfortable garden visits.

Thank you, the Chaseley House staff , for being such a kind, caring, thoroughly professional team, especially during this extremely difficult Covid time, we are aware that you all have to be tested every week, may you all remain healthy and happy in your work! I live very local to Chaseley House Care Home in Rhos on Sea and pass it every day. It is a lovely building, I love seeing the hanging baskets they have in the summer months, it does not look like a care home and I have only heard good comments from numerous people over many years. When my Mum's health declined in November 2019 and she needed more support both day and night for her to feel safe and cared for I had no hesitation in choosing Chaseley. From day one my Mum has been made to feel special, as have all our family, nothing is a trouble and the care is excellent and special my Mum is very very happy as am I and all her family. I can not fault anything the home is clean, food excellent I even join my Mum for Lunch 2/3 times a week free of charge she loves the music afternoons. The care is brilliant Karen the owner has a fantastic team of carers and it is obvious she takes great pride in what she does as does her husband Mark. All I can say this is the number one home in the area for me without doubt and I can see why they have won the awards they have. Thank you Karen and your brilliant staff god bless you all thank you once again I feel so lucky to have you caring for my Mum as does she.
