I was there in 2021 and took a lot away with me when I left. My first impression of PP was that it is a highly professional service that delivers very high standards of care and treatment. The staff team are very knowledgeable when it comes to addiction, they are able to work with people from all backgrounds without prejudice and have a genuine desire to support anyone who is experiencing hardship. The programme is very well put together and although it is a relatively short program by the time you leave you will have all of the relevant tools and knowledge to live a life without drugs or drink. I have been to other rehabs but this one stands out as one of, if not, the best programme I have been through.. Don't read this and ponder, read this then contact them, they won't let you down !

Food was great until the chef left. Then a guest had to chip in and do the food for the last 2 weeks. He did a great job. Don't get me wrong the staff and care was top notch but the after care when you leave is not there . You sign papers to say your happy with your treatment before you leave but should be asked to sign papers after a few months when you leave its the after care that really matters . I was promised a call every day which I received and 6 further follow up calls whic I chose to have 2 every 2 weeks and then 3 every month. Which never happened. Don't sign papers ask to sign a few months after you leave.

i went to parkland place for 2 weeks, i will be returning for another few week, the place is fantastic, the staff , night staff , guests, chef, housekeeper you will get the help and support you need, i myself attended rehab 4 times , no change in my gambling with any help i had before , even after 2 weeks this place made me improve my anxiety, depression , also went the extra mile helping with medication i am now gambling free, so much so i,m going back in a month to continue treatment for something else please dont take my word for it, you need to try it yourself or for a loved one, thanks for the last few weeks parkland you have opened my eyes that life can be good again

Absolutely life changing for me...the place,food and surroundings all brilliant and the staff are amazing every single one of them...so knowledgeable,compassionate and enthusiastic!The program has changed my outlook on life and myself.Very lucky to have been here.Thank you to you all!
