Absolutely appalled by the way management spoke to me the other day! As a caring member of the community, I politely informed a member of staff regards a vulnerable person in their care, that he was obviously in need of seeing to, this was after the person had caused a potential collision between a car and a lorry! I can only give a few examples of the incidents In regards to this persons safety. I am not disputing the way they care for their clients but simply the manner of management was completely disgraceful. And to hang up mid conversation?? Highly unprofessional!! Would not recommend!

The care our bed bound Mother received was superb. Mum loved her carers and they always went the extra mile.

The care and support my Aunty receives from Seashells is outstanding and, without it, she would have had to go into residential care this year. The Carers are so kind to her and she always looks forward to their visits. They are punctual, professional and even look after her cat. We really are so thankful for all they do and cant recommend them highly enough.

I've had seashells in for over a year with my grandmother. The carers are always polite and helpful, know my grandmother and the routine well. We receive a weekly rota and apart from the odd change of carer (during a pandemic is not a problem) the carers are always on time. When we've needed additional calls they have been able to accommodate. My nan particularly likes Dawn and Della and can have a laugh with them, there isn't any of them she doesn't like.
