Redcroft Residential Home

I would like to record my appreciation of the care and attention that my mother receives as a resident of Redcroft Care Home. She has recently celebrated her 100th birthday and the Owners and Staff hosted a party to celebrate this momentous occasion for the residents and our family. She is happy and contented and has nothing but praise for both her care and the excellent food. She appreciates very much the company of the Staff and enjoys conversation and banter with them. She is treated by them as a person and not just a number, which is very important. The Owners have brought in an enlightened care regime and have also updated the environment of the home which is spotlessly clean. Whenever we visit, we are greeted by the Staff who are friendly and cheerful and above all kind and caring. Redcroft provides excellent quality care within a pleasant and therapeutic community.

Very pleased with the care Mum is receiving. Lovely food, clean and comfortable environment. Friendly staff and a homely atmosphere.

I visted here recently and I must say it's lovely care home, brilliant caring staff who seem very friendly and helpful. One thing I noticed was that the place was spotlessly clean, I felt very reassured by that. This is how a small family run care home should be. Good job, keep up the good work.
