Tracy was so helpful in showing us what we could achieve in our tired bathroom. She gave us a design to suit our needs. She then helped us choose the fittings and fixtures that best met our needs. Tracys design took my initial ideas of what I liked and turned them into a fabulous en-suite. Im absolutely delighted. Major changes to your home can be challenging but her attention to detail and willingness to adapt the plans as we went along certainly helped make the process a whole lot less stressful. It has taken a long time to persuade my mother (93 years old) that she needed a new bathroom. She has had the refurb done now and is over the moon. The process from start to finish was excellent, from Tracy in the showroom to Rich who worked on the installation. She made a couple of visits to the showroom and chose the fittings, Tracy was very helpful and gave her all the time she needed. The work was done in good time and Rich was so friendly and efficient. We cannot recommend At Home Designs enough. Thank You

Tracy is very knowledgable and helped us to plan the right shower room for us. She was happy to make changes to the design and materials to make sure that we were fully happy with the proposed layout. We had samples of tiles, flooring and shower panels at home for a while before we made our final decisions. All the items were delivered when required and any damaged items were replaced without fuss. In summary, a great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
