Amazing customer service!! Automower has changed our weekends!! We literally have a bonus day rather than having to spend the sunniest day mowing our lawn. Mike is so helpful and makes sure that everything works as they should. Thanks Denbigh Plant for a 5 star experience!!

An absolute asset of a business for anyone that works outdoors and needs machines and parts in North Wales, definitely the reason to keep shopping local and not online, worth the customer service and really good range of stock available in an emergency when machines fail, as they do. Lovely helpful staff, I would definitely recommend!

Over the past 6 months I have bought 3 automowers from DPS, one Husqvarna AWD to cover a large and steeply sloping lawn and two smaller Stihl mowers to cover other smaller simpler lawns. All three needed some bedding in as the lawns need to be fairly flat particularly for the Stihl mowers, so larger holes were filled in. Once done the mowers perform very well indeed and the lawns are looking far better than they ever did when I was mowing them by hand. Customer service is exceptionally good. Mike is extremely helpful, proactive at solving any initial problems and does an excellent installation service, burying the boundary and guide cables. (This would have taken me several days to do by hand.) Plus Mike follows up regularly to check that things are still working well. Very pleased with the service from DPS, I would strongly recommend them.
