        Above and beyond. Worthy of a 10/10 score for their outstanding personal service and attention to detail. We needed a new battery fitted we were in no hurry, we could wait until the following week if necessary. The car, the new battery tested and fitted, was ready to go in under half an hour. The mechanic was/is one of the best 'service' people I have experienced in a very long time. Friendly, professional, reliable, and efficient. KwikFit Colwyn Bay in a one-word summary - outstanding.

        It's me again - review below (slow puncture) was 6 months ago. Today I noticed something hanging below the car. Went straight to KwikFit. They reattached the handbrake cable while I waited. cheerfuly and at no cost. Same again - a slow puncture dealt with thoroughly, cheerfully, quickly, at no notice. Excellent value - I've been coming here for years, and highly recommend.
