Conwy Kayaks

Amazing equipment and easy to get to but the purchasing experience was ruined by the short fella with beard and a tan, my friend was talked to as fella and the sales man was very rude with a bad attitude to serve and please as that is his place, anyway as said good equipment but a ruined purchase as we spent 800 so not recommended.

I had been looking online for a kayak, and stumbled across Conwy kayak on amazon which was shy of 500. I went on their website and discovered the price was alot cheaper , so I went ahead and got my first kayak.. Customer service was brilliant with Tom in the shop at Mochdre, a bonus that the kayak comes with a life time warranty also. I recommended Conwy kayaks to both of my friends who were looking for a paddle board and also a kayak , they both were very happy with the product and service given. If your looking for a single or a 2 plus 1 rigid kayak these guys are the ones to go with! You can't beat the price.. Also if your looking for a paddle board then again these guys again, alot cheaper than most out there and with fantastic quality. I purchased some roof pads from Conwy kayaks and they're brilliant for those who don't have roof bars or racks. Throw them on and fasten the kayak up and all ready to go. The single kayak is just under 9 ft and has good stability with the option of adding stabilisers on the back , two six inch storage containers with an easy hatch, x4 built in rod holders and also a rod holder that slots in place in front of you, so far so good as I've tested out with a bit of fishing and fun.. Conwy kayaks are local to me and I'll definitely be keeping an eye on their future products. Don't be fooled with the expensive kayaks a boards out there! Give these guys a go! I walked into the shop to get a paddle board as I was advised they were every good. A few friends have recommended them as they use their products. I was in complete shock at the price because of how good quality they were at such a cheap price. The worker, Callum I think his name was couldnt be more help.

The whole experience of buying two kayaks was ruined by an unhelpful arrogant server. He was the bloke with the beard. Awful. Wouldnt give any advice wouldnt help with finance sold a roof rack no explanation. Worse service ever. He should be sacked if the owners value their reputation.
