        Pulled my back out in work a few days ago so popped in to see if jayne could help me... within 15 minutes all back pain was gone and I am in shock as iv been struggling so bad... appreciate it would 100% recommend

        I went into J.M. Holistic and had a full body massage. First of all Monique asked me questions on my health etc then I lay down on the bed. I did tell Monique I had a slight headache at the right back of my head. After a relaxing massage with soft music playing in the background, I got up and immediately noticed that my headache had gone, so thanks for that Monique. I also felt invigorated and well as if I could conquer anything. After the meassage Monique went through my reaction and if I felt any sensations during my massage. Monique was very professional through. Thank you, and will definitely comeback again.
