I've been at John Lynn's for around 7 weeks now, my aim was to improve my flexibility, within my time I have also improved my fitness and health, I've lost just under a stone in weight and have toned up a lot, the team are very approachable and extremely professional in what they do. Thank you for the warm welcome in to the world of kickboxing.

My daughter has attended for 3 weeks now and has thoroughly enjoyed her experience so far . Staff are dedicated ,caring and enthusiastic are willing to help and assist with any issues . I have found this to be an invititing and pleasant dojo highly recommend .
