        Called to pay off a debt in full. Agent was unhelpful Refused to acknowledge problems with the payment link Made it as difficult as possible to pay money Bizarre experience a debt collector who doesnt want you to pay your debts.

        Received the letter to my home address about somebody's debt who never lived here, but gave my address somewhere and this must appear on their system or something. I rang them and women who answered the phone was extremely rude and nasty. I have nothing to do with this, this person never lived in my property, but she said they will come investigate. Well, come then, I promise to take this wherever possible.
