Food is great but the service is bad. The little guy with short hair is incredibly condescending, even when there are no customers. This isnt the first time either. Last time, he misheard me ordering and was then very rude when correcting my order, giving me cold food because he rushed to use what was already cooked.

Best pizzas around in colwyn Bay and old colwyn chips always nice and warm and Im A ten min drive away from the shop , just trying to get through now To order my dinner n chicken pizza

Had a lamb cofca kebab last night ,the worse 1 I've in in all my years I'm 72 ,lived in London had them around t6 world, it was days old could not eat it ,if I was near I would have taken it back ddscusting to sell old days old meat

Never in my life have I paid 18 pound for a delivery of a 10 inch pizza and chips.. I spent over the minimum delivery charge.. which is 13 pound.. why is there and added 1.50 charge.. for delivery. Not understanding it, I questioned it.. to be met with a foul mouthed little boy from colwyn bay.. with bad attertude and bad customer service talking to me like I'm not aloud to question thieving conmen like aydens. I've been coming here for years.. the last owners ran this shop like it should be.. And the food was the talk of the town.. The new owners havent a clue on how to cook.. managed or staff a restaurant. This isnt the first issue too.. every single time I order the food is conpletely wrong... And when you confront them your met with violent romanian men. Do not bother wasting your money better off going to Jackie's. Where you get food food poisoning.
