I received my order the next day! as always... my delivery arrives earlier than the EST it is always well packed BLACK WRAPPED with my address label on Brilliant

        Ordered an 18 inch pedestal fan from them off Amazon - they sent a 16 inch wall fan. I have returned this back to them and still waiting for a full refund. It has been 3 weeks now. Avoid them like the plague

        Ordered an item of amazon it was delivered wrong item . Sent back to these lot on the 6th may 2020 they received it on the 7th may 2020 as we had it recorded delivery. We reordered of these lot as we thought there may have been some mistake our end with ordering when it was delivered wrong item again they were obviously out of stock and just wanted our money so they now us 100 and these lot will NOT answer any phone calls STAY WELL CLEAR .

        worst people ever... do not deal with this company!! They sell stuff on amazon and con you by giving you something else and is hassle to try sort out, which they dont! So be careful! They will try not speak to you or respond to emails for as long as they can.
