The Olives

Not sure , a set of circumstances arose in which my partner unselfishly put herself here . Within man hour shes swapping medication with other residents, had an argument with the owner who said to her "this isn't a brothel" as she was talking to a group of male residents . Was only given a key to her own room and had to phone another guest to gain main building access ,and bizarrely was told after 3 days by her health worker the place wasn't suitable and moved at 10pm to a place 3 miles down the road. Even wierder when she informed me someone also under a duty of care had been there 5 years ! On the plus side she said the beds were comfy the Wi-Fi was fast and it was very very close too KFC.

If I could give them a no star I would the place is dirty I also found a drug in the draw and dirty nickersunder the radiator the staff are rude and the place is full of criminals and drug addicts not a suitable place for anyone to stay

Really appreciate the roof over my head (which pocketed them over 2000 btw) but detested the how nosy they were..if you stay there that psycho Sharon goes through your belongings so be careful also Mrs Bellamy is the most self righteous passive aggressive person i have ever had the misfortune to come across..these psychotic horrors have made a fourtune on the backs of the desperate...and they call themselves Christian!!! You run a homeless shelter in Colwyn Bay and you find it "shocking" to find drug paraphernalia when you decide to go through people's belongings? it's a disgusting invasion of someone's privacy..and putting a roof over someone's head does not give you the right to do so.what planet are you living on love?? a bit hypocritical when she is on a script for benzodiazepines herself!Awful place to find yourself and i feel sorry for you If you ever have to stay there

Mrs bellamy was lovely and every one made me feel welcome. Would definitely stay there again.
