        Very murky outfit this, having been told they receive funding from Conwy council for support of late diagnosis high functioning ASD adults & with apparently NO oversight by competent persons. "Cherry picking" of individuals seems to be the case, meaning those that really need competent support don't get it. Sadly, North Wales in particular & Wales in general, is full of these "agencies" which do not operate in the interests of their vulnerable "clients"... More money wasted down the drain & lots of dissatisfied vulnerable people through incompetence, nepotism & corruption.

        Let down by this company, some really good carers, but they have had staffing problems, in the end they couldn't cover my care hours and had to get another care giver,
