        Absolutely brilliant gym. Lovely atmosphere and friendly front desk staff. Plenty of rooms full of lots of different equipment including a big weights room downstairs. They have a bag for boxing training which is a bonus. Reasonable prices on monthly membership. All in all, I can highly recommend this gym.

        I have been to many gyms done many classes but have never spent this much time at any gym, this gym is extremely friendly the personal trainers work so hard and are so dedicated to what they do it truly is a place that you can leave all anxietys at the door and work on the better you, I absolutely love this place and their friendly staff. Thank you so much bay gym for everything you do.
